Our story
Judo Club Luxembourg brings together judoka of every age and background in the capital. What began as a small group of enthusiasts has grown into one of the region's most welcoming clubs, with hundreds of members training each week. Across the seasons our judoka have earned belts, medals and — more importantly — lifelong friendships and self-confidence. We are proud to be a place where a four-year-old's first roll and a veteran's black belt are celebrated with the same warmth.
Our mission
Our mission is to make the benefits of judo accessible to everyone in Luxembourg. We are a non-profit club run by dedicated volunteers and qualified coaches. We invest in safe facilities, excellent coaching and an inclusive atmosphere so that every member — from recreational beginner to national competitor — can grow at their own pace and feel part of the JCL family.
What makes us different
Multilingual coaching that reflects Luxembourg itself, a genuine pathway from beginner to competitor, modern facilities in Kirchberg, and a family-friendly culture where parents and children are equally at home. We keep our groups well-sized so every judoka gets real attention on the mat.
